Process
The fruit is hand harvested for 4-5 months during peak loquat season.
The leaves are picked all year long, in small batches, to provide the freshest product possible.

MAKING THE PRODUCT
The cough syrup takes three days to create. The fruit is gently cooked at low temperatures for several hours, strained, the juice kept for the base of the syrup.
The roots and herbs are slowly and gently steeped, three times, creating a concentrated medicinal decoction.
The loquat juice and herbal decoction are then combined with fresh coconut water and raw maui honey, heated gently to combine, and bottled fresh.
To make the tea, we thoroughly wash the loquat leaves, then allow them to gently dry for several days. Once dry, the leaves are stemmed and crushed. The crushed loquat leaves are combined with locally harvested and dried tangerine peel, red hibiscus, and peppermint.
